Village Council Special Meeting Minutes, September, 2019

     The Council for the Village of Caldwell met in special session on September 17, 2019 at 6:00 p.m., with the following members present: Doan, Antill, Postlethwait, Saling, Minosky, and Welsh.

            The Special meeting called to discuss the roof on City Hall.

            Motion made by Postlethwait seconded by Saling to hire Meade Construction, Inc. to install a Durolast membrane system on City Hall. All in favor, motion carried.

            Motion to adjourn made by Welsh seconded by Minosky. All in favor, motion carried.
