Village of Caldwell Special Meeting Minutes for June, 2021

The Council for the Village of Caldwell met in special session on June 16, 2021 at 4:15 p.m., with the following members present: Rucker, Antill, Saling, Minosky. Welsh and Postlethwait absent.

The Special meeting called to discuss awarding the SR 821 Waterline Project and application for an ODNR Grant.

  Motion made by Minosky seconded by Antill to accept Resolution 2021-14 to award, sign and execute the SR 821 Waterline project to Zemba Brothers. All in favor, motion carried.

Motion by Antill seconded by Saling to accept Resolution 2021-13 authorizing the mayor or village administrator to sign application documents for a Storybook Trail Grant with ODNR. All in favor, motion carried.

Motion to adjourn made by Antill seconded by Saling. All in favor, motion carried.
